Anxiety seems to be more constant so I occasionally take Zanax to take off the edge. My cardiologist refuses to take me off saying I couldn't tolerate other BP meds. He also put me on Valsartan 5 months ago since I had several episodes where my blood pressure was extremely high. Even with the two together I can't get a fairly constant reading. This combination does not seem to work for me. Flu like symptoms.. nausea, fever, dizziness, sweating. Took a Covid test and was negative. Researched the side effects of this new drug I was on. Found I HAD to take with food. Did that and the first symptoms went away BUT back started hurting. Am on 4th day without the drug and still have pain. I wonder how long takes to get back to normal? As I stated earlier, my whole body aches. Chest pain, back, arms, stomach, legs, shoulders, neck etc. I never know whether I am having a heart attack or if it is the side effects. Please email me if you were given nitroglycerin as well, and if you have any suggestions that will help.
