| 3 | Sleep aid | These worked great when I was pregnant (approved by OB) Now I've taking them again for 3 weeks and my ibs has flared. I'm filled with anxiety and the jitters. My stomach has been upset and I've felt kind of numb emotionally. I sleep great with them though! In order to prevent me from doing this (which I never would, but I was really disturbed and appauled that I had those thoughts and never would act on them). Before that, I had one that involved me killing myself with a katana I have. Please be mindful when you take unisom, because you may end up with the same thoughts like I had and they suck. Most recently however, it has been making me think violent and hurtful thoughts, to harm myself, or my 8 year old cat (I love my cat very much, I've raised him since he was 3 week, he imprinted into me, and I consider him to be my son) even though I know I would never harm, and if I did I'd probably end up killing myself. When I'm not taking unisom, I NEVER have any of these intrusive thoughts.
