Difficulty in sleeping on certain nights I often add 2mg xanax and together, I sleep incredibly well with no hang-over effects whatsoever in the morning. This works better than the narcotic pain relievers I was first prescribed. I gave those up and switched to the Flexeril and this seems to be the fix I needed.
