For the first 4 days, I had no problems. On the 5th day, out of the blue, I was hit by an anxiety attack so bad I thought I was going to have to call 911. It lasted for several hours. The next day, same thing. I went to the Dr. this time. He did an EKG and complete blood work. I am totally healthy. So, he prescribed Xanax for the anxiety. I thought I was losing my mind. The Xanax did not help, by the way. Several days later, another attack, while I was driving down the highway. Somehow, miraculously, I ended up stopped on the shoulder. I have no idea how I got there. I have no recollection of actually driving across 3 lanes of traffic and parking on the shoulder. I read and re-read the literature included with Nasonex and it does not mention anxiety as a possible side-effect at all. Unbelievable! It wasn't until I googled Nasonex side effects that I found 100s of people reporting the same problems. I am furious.
