| 1 | High cholesterol | On Lipitor I had muscle pain and migraines. My doctor switched the prescription to Lovastatin, which I took for sixteen years. The symptoms on Lovastatin were worse. I gradually developed joint and muscle pain, muscle wasting, confusion and memory loss. I also had kidney stones. I developed neuropathy in my hands and arms. I now have tremors as a result. Sheer poison!
