My Dr [cardiologist] overdosed me with no lipid testing during this period. | I had cardiac stents fitted without angina/heart attack/ stroke, but one incident of chest pain which lasted for 3 hours. Did not need this drug it has ruined my life. The Dr should have prescribed 10mg not 40mg, reading had gone down to total 4.4 with LDL l.4 on Lipitor 40mg. Over 4 years on I still have very disturbed sleep because of muscle pain in mostly my legs. I had the best sleeps ever until I touched a statin drug, never again.
