Administered second dose just before dinner, after first bowel movement. Then experienced cramping and diarrhea that evening for several hours. Then switched to one dose every night before bed. First thing in the morning I have a daily bowel movement, no pushing. Have been regular every day since, no pain, no cramps, only easy comfortable bowel movements.
