| 3 | Dilated Cardiomyopathy/Arrythmia | The fatigue has been the worst part. I am tired all the time and I have no libido. I have also become more and more depressed being on this medicine. It has helped with the heart problem but I took myself off for two weeks around Christmas so I could function.
