| 4 | chronic constipation due to meds | sometimes gas | I have had a constipation problem since childhood.This has been very helpful. Now that I have to take certain medications constipation has been worse. I just find it difficult to get appropriate dose and if I skip a dose it does not work right away. Sometimes go too much and other times small BMs. However, no taste and can mix with almost any liquid. Certainly better than constipation. Other than occasional gas no major side effects. I am in the health field and would recommend.
