| 4 | Year round allergies | Very mild insomnia, weight loss | I moved to western Maryland about 6 months ago and suffered until I began taking Claritin. My side effects seem to be on the very mild side, with some insomnia, waking up during the night, more intense dreams, and weight loss/loss of appetite. The benefits at this point certainly outweigh these.
