Others were causing my hereditary migraines to become more frequent. Doctor put me on Yasmin to improve headaches and libido. That worked for about two months. Tingling began at night when trying to sleep. After six months chest pains and breathing problems. Lung Ex-rays were ok. Tingling feet every night now instead of every few weeks. Two weeks ago had a full anxiety attack. Tingling went through my whole body for two full days. Chest hurt. Thought I was having heart problems or blood clot. Doc did several blood tests but I had read this site and insisted I stop the pill. Within one week I was feeling more myself than in a few years. Two weeks now and feeling better every day. Only very little tingling and only breathing/chest pain problems when I do too much. You have to recover like any other illness.
