| 4 | mild depression, mood swings | The first three days I had a slightly upset stomach, a slight headache (but nothing compared to the migraines and tension headaches I was having all the time), and a spacey feeling. On day four, I had no side effects whatsoever! | I haven't noticed a huge difference in my feelings of depression but I am not constantly crying. I was faced with a couple of situations that before would have made me cry and I did not. So maybe it is beginning to help. I was relieved to read that it take a few weeks to take full effect.
