| 5 | Generic Hair Loss | None? | I have been hearing all the loss of libido/erection/ejaculation comments cropping up lately and I'm wondering if I should be concerned. I started taking the drug when I was 26 because you could literally see "tracks" of scalp on my head. I saw one of the top hair loss doctors in the area, and he did a biopsy and told me that I had female pattern balding... which apparently happens in about 20% of males (basically just a different area of your head losing hair instead of the usual hole in the back leading to the horseshoe hair effect.) I've been on it nearly 5 years now - will be in September, and I have had nothing noticeable happen to my libido.. if anything - it INCREASED. Now that I'm reading everything though, I'm all concerned. If I'm not having problems after this long, should I be considered out of the woods on this? It has helped me tremendously and only something dire like the possibility of impotence would make me quit it.
