| 1 | high blood pressure | crippling depression -- didn't want to live anymore. Depression started after 10 days on the drug at 5 and increased significantly when it was increased to 10 mg. Am, now off Norvasc but am having complications with other medications which are causing my diabetes and high blood pressure to be unstable. | More information on pharm info even if it is a rare side effect. It might be that if a patient has a family history (as I do) of depression, etc., perhaps this population of persons would be more prone to succumb to the depression than others. | F | 66 | 10 mg 1X D | 2/18/2011 | |
