| 3 | Diarrhea | I have taken Imodium without any problems in the past as I get a bit of ibs now and again and anxiety, so if I'm going out I might take one. But I had sudden onset diarrhea today, some thing I ate I think, and took the recommended 2 tablets. Now, 2 hours later, I have severe upper stomach cramping radiating to my back. I know it's the Imodium from reading other people's comments, and I think I took two once before and the same thing happened. Clearly my body can handle 1 but not 2. I've taken some Gaviscon which will hopefully settle it.
