| 4 | RA and Ulcerative Colitis | I love my Humira but I have experienced dry/flaky scalp and a good amount of hair loss. Also I was very itchy in the first few months but I started doing Aveeno oatmeal soaks and Aveeno oatmeal, dry skin formula lotion. It definitely helped a lot, but I am still struggling with the scalp issues. If anyone has any information on dealing with the hair loss and dry scalp I would greatly appreciate it!! | I have had undiagnosed joint pain for about 4 years when I finally was able to be put on a medication to treat my disease. My doctor started me on Humira last January and it has turned my life around. I was in bed 3-4 days out of the week, not able to get up, just barely making it through the work day (but not with out a few crying fits and forcing my self to get to 6 o'clock). After 5 weeks of starting my injections I started to be able to bend down and move more than I had in years.
