| 2 | Pulsatile Tinnitus | Immense head pressure, headaches (migraine, sinus, tension, cluster, and neck), pain in cheek bones, tingling through left side of body, fingers, and toes, left side body falling asleep for no reason, pins and needles, muscle twitching, eye pain, ear pain and pressure, neck stiffness and tightness, anxiety from all the above symptoms | Was supposed to use Flonase for 3 weeks 2 sprays per nostril. It provided relief for a few days for my PT. But my health drastically went downhill. The 4th and 5th day after stopping Flonase I started experiencing numbness, pins and needles, and tingling on top of headaches. Went to the urgent care and the doctor ordered an MRI. Fortunately, the results came back normal. Not sure if all the side effects were caused by Flonase but reading about other people who had a similar experience gives me some reassurance.
