| 4 | Stage 4 Met. Breast Cancer | Intermittent bone and joint pain-sometimes exercise makes it worse, but not always. Because of bone issues, poor balance at times. Ocassional headaches, vaginal dryness, memory not as sharp (especially word retrieval). | Exercise helps my body and my mind, but I injure more easily now when exercising so have to keep this in mind and modify activities.
