My energy levels were insanely low and it was all I could do just to get up and function. At one point my entire body started to break out in tiny painful pinprick rashes that would not go away. No doctor mentioned any possible connection. Suddenly I realized grown a large amount of grey hair incredibly prematurely for my family's genetics. I worried that I was getting old before my time. At about the same time I began to experience painful peripheral edema in both feet and lower legs and all fingers on both hands. I also gained weight, 25 pounds, and I wondered, do I have diabetes suddenly? I got a blood sugar testing kit and discovered my blood sugar was consistently above high average and also I began to suffer random low blood sugar crashes where I would practically collapse and sweat buckets and feel awful. Then I happened to run out of my prescription for a week. I still had no idea, but my edema stopped and my blood sugar stabilized and my rash suddenly seemed to stop advancing. I thought, let's just see if it's this medicine. I took it and almost immediately I was crushed with exhaustion and I had the worst swelling in my feet to where it was pitting. The rash immediately flared back up. I have stopped taking this medication and would highly advise anyone to please talk your dr and have them prescribe something else. Please don’t take it I wouldn’t wish the way I feel on ANYONE!!! I only pray that these symptoms disappear and that when I retest in a few months the lab work is better! | This medication should be completely banned it is already on a list of medications that are highly advised NOT to take. Seems like the pharmaceutical companies want to find a way to make more money because with this medication you will surely have a lot more issues then high blood pressure!
