4  Toenail fungus (big toe) Dizzy and tired each time. Constipated for a couple of days followed by diarrhea at the end of each cycle. I took itraconazole by using the pulse method (one week taking the drug, then 3 weeks off, repeated 4 times). It works, the nail now seems to be growing back healthy. But I feel like my guts have taken a beating. Taking Enterol 250 MG (saccharomyces boulardii yeast) helped with the diarrhea. M 48 4 times

5  Histoplasmosis lung infection It weakened me. It usually made me mildly dizzy briefly shortly after taking it. I really hated taking this drug. I felt overall pretty down taking this but it killed the fungus living in my lungs. I gave it 5 stars because it worked not because it was enjoyable being on it. M 45 1 years
