This pill is effective, but it does have side effects. I had tried for so many years to lose weight, and I always hit a plateau, and gain weight right back. If you take this pill with diet and exercise, you will lose weight and it will stay off for a long time, but obesity is a chronic disease, and you will get in the way back most likely.
