 1  IBS-C During the first 20 days experienced mild to moderate abdominal discomfort and distention. On the 21st day experienced severe, violent diarrhea emptying entire GI tract over 2-3 hours. Came on without any warning. Moderate to severe abdominal pain. F 61 22 days
