 3  hypersomnia Joint pain in hands, especially thumbs, and knees. Knee pain comes and goes, but the thumb pain is pretty bad. Cut dose in half and pain has lessened quite a bit. Plan to continue to reduce dose and stop taking, to ameliorate pain!!! Also causes constipation, anxiety. F 67 3 years

 2  Hypersomnia Some slight irritability. After about 6 months it stopped working. I would take a dose early in the morning and about 4 hours later I would be falling asleep. M 63 6 months

 5  daytime tiredness Some tiredness in afternoon. Doctor added Modafanil before 12 noon. Seems to also have antidepressant effect on me, which is helpful. F 65 180 days

 2  Hypersomnia due to OSA Dry mouth. Tiredness. As time passes it became less effective. I don't get any benefits from it. I take a dose early in the morning and in 4 or 5 hours I'm falling asleep. M 65 9 months

 5  daytime sleepiness headache initially, but only upon first dose...took 2 Aspirin and it went away I would recommend this product, if you are sleepy during the day, this works. Ask your doctor if it is an option for you. F 52 3 weeks
