Given their oddball pricing structure (all pills same price), I buy 100mg pills and cut them in 1/4ths. Maintains my erection until I'm ready to shoot; I can hold off pretty much as long as I want to, so my wife is able to have the multiple orgasms she (and I) enjoy so much. My medical insurer limits me to six pills every 60 days, which is a problem. Putting them under your tongue or chewing them up is very bitter but works in half the time. I haven't tried snorting them yet.
