| 3 | migraine | Tightness in chest, shortness of breath, tightness and severe soreness in lower back ribs. | I have taken it for about 5 years. It works within 1 hour. At first side effects were much less severe. Now I'm not sure they are worth it. The rib muscle pain lasts for up to 7 hours. I used to take 5 mg and recently switched to 2.5 mg but oddly that has made the side effects worse.
