It was going down to about 93 while I was awake. I usually have fantastic O2 saturation. | I DO recommend trying this med if you have RLS. Sadly, it was helping me but the side effects just aren't tolerable. I do take a lot of medications, however, and adding new ones is notoriously difficult. Give it a try at the lowest dose. If you begin to have side effects, tell your doctor right away to see if they're worth pushing through or if you need to try something different. I will say requip seemed to stop the restless leg problem but then I felt like I was wide awake and nauseous. That effect left me still unable to sleep. I won't be taking this drug again. I hate waking up with agonizing headaches. I wish so much for something to let me sleep well. REQUIP (ROPINIROLE HYDROCHLORIDE): This medication is used alone or with other medications to treat Parkinson's disease. It can improve your ability to move and decrease shakiness (tremor), stiffness, slowed movement, and unsteadiness. It may also decrease the number of episodes of not being able to move ("on-off syndrome"). Ropinirole is also used to treat restless legs syndrome (RLS). It may improve your sleep by decreasing the urge to move your legs and decreasing uncomfortable/unpleasant feelings in the legs.
