JARDIANCE  (EMPAGLIFLOZIN):  Empagliflozin is used with a proper diet and exercise program to control high blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes. Controlling high blood sugar helps prevent kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, loss of limbs, and sexual function problems. Empagliflozin is also used in patients with type 2 diabetes and heart disease to lower the risk of death from heart attack or stroke.  5  Type 2 diabetes Didn't have any issues and it brought my A1c down significantly. Not every medication works for everyone. I've not had any yeast infections but I also use wet wipes. F 48 1 years

 1  Type2 diabetes Uncontrollable bathroom usage. Interrupted work sleep and life due to always needing to go. Horrible dry sinus pain in face. Will never take these toxic pills again. M 37 2 months

 1  Type II Diabetes My Endocrinologist explained to me the side effects of Jardiance, as well as TV Commercials & the Pamphlet from the Pharmacist did, but I've never really been suseptible to many side effects from any medications. A couple days after I started taking Jardiance my private area started itching & burning severely. Per my Pharmacist's recommendation, I kept taking it to see if the effects would go away - they never did, they got worse! I continued taking it for a little over six weeks & the effects got to be unbareable. I changed medications & after a few days the itching & burning went away, THANK GOODNESS! F 57 6 weeks

 1  Type 2 diabetic I took this and at the tenth day had severe burning and itching vaginally, an pain when voiding.. STpped drug and tried treating for yeast many times and did not get better. I have now had this pain and itching 10 weeks. Going to gyn next week. Never take this med, especially if you have any other auto immune diseases, I have rheumatoid arthritis and have a weakend immune system. This drug should not be on the market in my opinion. Voiding out your sugar in an already high bacteria area is not a smart idea . F 55 10 days
