| 1 | Treatment of migraines... | Severe and sudden onset of depression, so-called "abnormal thinking," severe fatigue and muscle soreness, dizzyness, nausea, general malaise. | I am a 29-year-old female, prescribed 300mg/nightly of Neurontin for treatment of severe migraines. Almost immediately, the side-effects began -- so much so that those close to me, such as my boyfriend and mom, verbalized concerns about personality changes. I consulted with my mom, a nurse for over thirty years, and checked her drug handbook for side-effects only to find listed the very ones I'm suffering from. After only two weeks on this medication, I've taken myself off.
