Horrible taste. | I can normally go through a day and not even think about food. While using 2 squirts, twice a day, I was constantly hungry. Ate things I don't even like and gained a lot of weight. Horrible dreams at night. Shouting in my sleep. Just couldn't get a good night's sleep. Today I realized it must be the spray. After realizing that the connection was with the Astelin, I went online and low and behold, a plethora of side effects that you have to read the fine print to realize. I have never experienced anything like this and have always had a clean bill of health at 34. I workout regularly and live a healthy lifestyle . I would seriously discourage others to take this if they had similar side effects. I wonder what type of studies are ongoing regarding these effects. (They lost my shots and I had to start over) I take Zyrtec daily (only thing that helps) but sometimes I have an allergy attack that Zyrtec doesn't help. Sometimes it will feel like my lungs are filling with fluid and I can’t stop coughing and I start to itch really bad under my chin. I'll then take Astelin and within minutes I can feel all the symptoms go away. I don’t take it daily so perhaps that's why I don't have the side effects that others have mentioned. But it works when I need it and almost instantly. Kind of scares me into thinking my throat is going to close up or something. Any suggestions short of chugging olive oil to moisten my mouth and tongue? It would be greatly appreciated!
