| 4 | High blood pressure | Very lethargic and wiped out every day on 25 mg. Couldn't get my heart rate up when exercising, didn't feel like exercising anyway. | Had to take a nap 2 or 3 times a day. Finally i talked to my nurse practioner and she wanted me on 100mg but to take it at night before going to bed.
