No major complaints so far...thankfully. | I was VERY apprehensive about taking Cymbalta after reading and researching information. I started 15mg for 7 days with no adverse effects. I increased to 30mg on week 2, still no adverse effects other than some insomnia. Week 3 I went to my full daily dose of 60mg. My symptoms progressively got better. Pain in my arms, wrists and hands greatly subsided as did in my feet and ankles. My biggest issue pain wise is my torso a night as I wake up in debilitating pain. This pain has slowly tapered off and I do have a much more manageable and less pain free sleep. The pain is by no means, gone, but it is better. I have skipped a dose once and had no adverse effect. I also consume at least 2 alcoholic beverages a week with no adverse effects and I do sleep better when I drink, even a small amount of booze helps. CYMBALTA (DULOXETINE): Duloxetine is used to treat depression and anxiety.
