 1  migrane prevention three days after beginning, I got a headache that would not go away only interrupted by my usual course of migraines every one to two weeks. I also seemed to have increased ulcerative colitis activity believed to be either from the medicine or the constant deep throbbing pain in my head causing stress. I had to get off the drug before I did something stupid due to the pain. F 30 2 months

 5  BiPolar I really like this. It is even smoother than the Depakote. ER is extended release, and I did not experience the abrupt sleepiness and then drop off I had noticed with the non-extended release. F 33 8 years
