ENTRESTO  (SACUBITRIL; VALSARTAN):  This product is used to treat certain types of heart failure. It may help you live longer and lower your chance of having to go to the hospital for heart failure. This product contains 2 medications: sacubitril and valsartan. Sacubitril belongs to a class of drugs called neprilysin inhibitors and valsartan belongs to a class of drugs called angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs).  1  CHF after Heart Attack Critical Shortness of Breath Critical Low Blood Pressure Light Headedness,Dizziness,Mental Fogginess Blurred Vision & Back Pains. Three weeks after starting Entresto l had to go to the emerge via 911for shortness of breath. My cardiologist lowered my dosage but the side effects continued culminating in another trip to the emerge via 911 for critical low blood pressure. 55/35. My cardiologist finally took me off Entresto. Seriously I am lucky to be alive. In my opinion Entresto did not work for me. Just be aware of that and the very serious side effects and risks some of us have had when we tried this new miracle drug Entresto. M 67 3 months

 4  HF Taking this Med for 3 months EF went from 31 to 43. Increases in energy and stamina. Not many side effects light headed and anxious at start of taking this, that has essentially went away. I would recommend it to anyone who is able to take it. M 49 4 months

 3  Heart failure after heart attack Intermittent dizziness, very frequent urination, mental fogginess. My ejection fraction is about 33%, not sure if I can tolerate this medication long enough to see if that would improve. I'm still working full time and the lightheaded dizzy feeling with mental fogginess is unbearable. I'm going to keep trying another week. When I do light jogging exercise I can do more with less effort. M 53 1 months

 5  heart failure some anxiety at higher dose.But started taking a whole in morning and half afternoon.worked awesome. i went from 10% heart ejection to 65 % in 7 months,Plus i prayed a lot and friends did to. M 55 7 months
