Joint, muscle pain. Fatigue. Frequent urination. Problems sleeping. Headaches. So far not so good. Thinking about stopping.

Kidneys totally shut down. I was fortunate that my kidneys responded back to normal function based upon my age per my nephrologist.

So far, so good. Definitely increases urination frequency. Had a low blood sugar issue when I began the med, while switching from glimiperide to Jardiance. We will see what happens in April when I test my A1C. Stay tuned...

Definitely helps lower sugar, curb appetite. I had no real side effects initially. Then month 6-7 I had really achy joints and genital itching worse than any yeast infection I have ever experienced. I had to stop taking to solely because of that. Itching has eased up and is almost gone. I wish I had been able to stay on it. It seemed fairly effective otherwise.

Additionally my cost with insurance until I meet my deductible is $560. So it is very expensive depending on the time of year and type of insurance you may have.

Can feel dizzy at times, especially when it's very warm out and playing golf. No other side effects noticed. Lowered A1C initially (with Metformin), however, over the last year it's no longer having the desired affect. My doc suggested Rybelsus...we'll see.

Dizzy, Lethargic, Vision Issues, Stomach Pain, Nausea, almost passed out in the store I had to sit down anywhere quickly. Driving Hazzard !!!!!!!!!!!

This is a dangerous drug. I lost all strength in my joints and could barely lift my purse. The side effects have continued for months after I went off of it. This should be taken off the market. Bladder infections and more.

Increase of urine. Horrible joint pain I can hardly pick up a coffee cup, open a soda can, hold my iPhone, burning in my wrist, hands and fire arms. Sore on the side of my tongue very painful I can hardly eat. I am unable to get from my reclining chair and desk chair (at work) without all the pain. Over the weekend I was literally moving like a 80 yr old body because of the pain. As for improvement on sugar not much at all. I did let my Drs office know. I never miss work last Thursday 8-26-22 I had to leave early because I couldn’t take the pain. I am taking off 8-30-22 off to get labs done and see my Dr Immediately. I NEVER take off for anything unless I am deathly ILL.

BEWARE of this drug I do not recommend it at all!!!!!!

Horrible yeast infections, one after another, severe pain in genital area, itching in genital area, sweet smelling discharge, depression, fatiqued, insomnia, and joint pain. It did help me lose weight, but the side effects are horrible! I told my doctor about all this and she said to " drink more water, decrease intake of sugars". I tried doing that, but it didnt help.

Bladder, urinary tract infection, yeast infection, severe pain in vagina area with itching, painful and cloudy , foamy, urination, Depression, dehydration, low blood pressure, heavy coughing, congestion, weakness, headaches, light headedness, severe fatigue, dizzyness, confusion, Chills, shakes,

I would urge everyone taking Jardiance to consider other prescriptions.

dizzyness at times woozy becareful not to fall.

The lady that suggested baby wipes after peeing it is wonderful it sure helped me. Baby wipes Pampers are good can be tworn into half at one side so you have twice as many wipes to use use wipes one side then fold in half use again then use toilet paper to blot down below. So far I have not gotten infected. Wipes for hands only also works. Thank you to the lady that posted the information..

Severe random joint pain , fatigue and uti , blood sugar highs and lows

Horrible side effects .... skull & cross bones warning . This drug is poison to my system. Back to eating right and exercise with Metformin

Horrible yeast infection, probable UTI and joint pain

The constant trips to the bathroom started almost immediately. I was dehydrated. Started taking massive amounts of fluids but couldn't get it to stay in. Developed severe muscle pain. Several days later so fatigued I stayed in bed for the better part of 2 days. Tested positive for a UTI with severe pain in my side. Believe it may have settled in the kidney. Took myself off as it didn't really affect my blood sugars at all. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

Worst yeast infections of life. One right after another. Vaginal pain and extreme dryness. Just made me miserable. Doctor gave me oral meds for yeast infection but they came right back. Stopping this med!

I am stopping this drug as of today! There are too many dangerous side effects! I will continue with metformin and sort my diet and exercise out

Dr did not know anything about danger, only that it was "good" for me

Extreme weakness. Yeast infection. Insomnia. Joint pain. Dizziness. Excessive urination. Incontinence. DEPRESSION.

Review 1 A.. I will never take another JARDIANCE tablet in my life. I was prescribed high dose Prednisone for nasal polyps 7yrs ago. Unknowingly my health deteriorated extremely whilst taking that drug and waiting for surgery. I nearly died. I had no idea that my blood sugar was so elevated. I never had a problem with blood sugar. Even when I had my 2 children. 2016 I took myself to hospital with a very swollen painful finger from a tiny scratch. The resus team was called to my bed twice that night. The poisoning effect of the Prednisone had deteriorated my health to near death. I required 3 surgeries and an extended time in hospital. As a result I was prescribed a cocktail of drugs for blood sugar, gut health, high blood pressure and bone density. My bone density is that of a 90yr old. I have lost 3inches off my height. I was imediately placed under the care of an endocrinologist. I know how blessed I am to live in Australia with a public health system that still provides care in such situations. I was not prescribed Jardiance at first. After approx 20 mths of continued outpatient care, they said it was a new drug and "we are seeing good results...you might get a slight yeast infection" Now after 2 years on Jardiance I constantly feel like I will never be free from pain and thrush and never be able to sleep through the night. I consistently get extreme yeast infections when I have never had a yeast infection in my life. Shortness of breath.
