| 4 | Pollen allergies | I got incredibly drowsy and anxious and felt drugged after four squirts, i.e. two to each nostril over a ten-hour period. Although it did work, it took around half an hour to do so. Tight pain in my chest, resting heartbeat of 87bpm! Not a very nice feeling at all. Would only use in an emergency from now on. After 5 minutes when I was expecting relief; my nose appeared more blocked which then resulted in making my breathing worse.
