| 3 | Anxiety/Panic Attacks | Increased appetite, little weight gain | I have had an ok experience while on this medicine. I was having multiple panic attacks each week and sometimes multiple in one day. I have only had minor anxiety during the past couple of months while on Remeron. I had tried zoloft and lexapro prior to this and had extreme feelings of anxiety, restlessness, sleeplessness, nausea and extreme weight loss. After taking Remeron 30 mg for two months, I feel much better. I have gained approximately 10 lbs, but well worth it for me. My psychiatrist just raised my dosage to 45 mg, which I am a little concerned with as I have read horrible stories about the weaning process of this drug.
