| 5 | Ostoarthritis | No side effects | This drug is a lifesaver for me. I take everyday, if I miss a dose the difference is like night and day. I suffer from a hereditary disease that affects all the major joints and as a result have 2 total hip replacements and face many more joint replacements in the future. I had taken Vioxx for years and loved it but was taken off the market. Each person reacts differently and some people just can't take it.
