I felt like I was a fighter pilot in class, I could fixate on the teacher for hours and just absorb everything. My depression was essentially non existent when combined with Wellbutrin XL. I would give this drug a 5 except for the back that it makes hormonal birth control ineffective. I had to stop taking it since getting into a committed relationship and resorting to hormonal birth control. If they can ever address this issue I will be back on this medication in the blink of the eye. I haven't found anything close to being as good. I recommend for those women that it works for- get the copper IUD (you can get them even if you haven't had kids, don't let them tell you otherwise) and stick with what works.
