Will continue at this dose for a while to see if it improves. This medication is worth trying, side effects are much milder than many other medications I have been on. Start low, work up slow! It works so far after being on a months. 25mg at night gave way to relief. I would suggest in combination or before you start taking to do a withdrawal of pain meds for about 3 weeks.
