I've found eating a decent meal around the same time helps, which is fortunate, as they seem to make me ravenous! I would warn people to take care driving when starting these tablets, as I did find I was VERY spaced out initially for a few hours after taking them. This most recent time urinating and sleep are being affected, sometime when needing to urinate it feels like I had held it for sometime, in general all the muscles in my lower abdominal area just feel tired, and I keep waking up during the night and have trouble getting back to sleep. If I skip a pill the tired feeling starts to go away and I feel normal again.
