Blood sugar dropped below 100 after about 2 weeks. The only side effect I experienced was constipation which was manageable. I attribute any weight loss to eating a proper caloric deficit, which I was already doing before the medication. About 6 weeks in I started to experience the foul burps, then within 3 days I was constantly nauseous, vomiting, cramping, and still constipated. None of my food was getting processed. It's warm and fuzzy at first, then it bites you hard.
