5  OAB Dry mouth, constipation, episodic confusion. And hair loss--see Additional Comments I experienced a LOT of individual hair fall-out, about 50 when brushing it, and individual hairs falling out throughout the day. I thought it was "just me", but when I discontinuted taking the Vesicare b/c it stopped working (as all OAB meds seem to do eventually) I realized after a while that the hair fall-out had stopped. Vesicare had worked VERY well for so long--the best of them all. I would accept all the SE if only it had continued to work for me. F 75

3  Irritable bladder (post surgery) I was given this as PRN for irritable bladder (damaged during gynae surgery), which was giving me frequency, urgency and pain. Apparently it tones the bladder muscle and sphincter. I didn't have any problems on it per se, but I was only using it as PRN. Apparently new mothers are prescribed this. F 36
