After about day 10 I was having much better results and only taking one 650mg Tylenol at night that essentially removed any discomfort. As the days go by, the muscle soreness is almost gone. I am planning to stay at the 2.5mg dose for at least another week. If the erections remain successful, I will keep the 2.5mg dose. If they start to wain over the next few weeks, I think I will try the original 5.0mg dose again now that my body seems to become accepting of the medication. My advice is start at a low 2.5mg dose (or even 1.25mg) daily and let your body adjust to it. The erections are great with this medication. Sex is great again. Def felt larger and wife noticed too. Wish I had this a few years ago, not sure why I experienced ED problems but I was a heavy drinker years ago. I would recommend this with a word of caution to watch out for these side effects. But for me its a great drug. And now that the generics are out the price is very affordable, it went from 400 per scrip to 38 bucks per scrip. Problem solved! And thats a GOOD thing. Two thumbs up. CIALIS (TADALAFIL): Tadalafil is used to treat male sexual function problems (impotence or erectile dysfunction-ED). In combination with sexual stimulation, tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis to help a man get and keep an erection. Tadalafil is also used to treat the symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia-BPH). It helps to relieve symptoms of BPH such as difficulty in beginning the flow of urine, weak stream, and the need to urinate frequently or urgently (including during the middle of the night). Tadalafil is thought to work by relaxing the smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder. This drug does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases (such as HIV, hepatitis B, gonorrhea, syphilis). Practice "safe sex" such as using latex condoms.
