It turned my regular period (exactly every 32 days) to extremely irregular. I followed the instructions, yet my periods didn't come when I took the placebo's, they came whenever they wanted about every 13 days. After five months of use my cramps came back. Painful breast swelling. Loads of hair shedding. | Yaz didn't regulate my periods at all, it IRREGULATED them and failed to prevent cramps. The other thing that I think really helps is to exercise regularly no matter what for at least 30 minutes a day 4 days a week. The hormone changes will do whatever they will do. With me I started getting strange meat/cheese cravings during the second week -- and this is something that started happening after a year. I'm sure other factors such as aging, divorce, stress have played into it. I try to not panic and catch my behavior. The binge eating really surprises me and so I've had to retrain my mind to drink water or eat fruit. Do whatever you have to do, but simply pay attention to your body. Take hot baths, vitamins, exercise, rest lots...things you are supposed to do anyway. I think we might be jumping the gun. I recently had laser eye surgery because I was annoyed with how my contacts were bothering me while at work. I have to use eye drops alot because they are so dry especially after lasix.
