I was tossing and turning probably since 2am. It's 4:30am now as I write this, and I feel terrible. For most of yesterday I felt like a nervous wreck, and I was very depressed. I even had a few bouts of anxiety, which is not like me at all. I also lost my appetite and was oddly not hungry for most of the last few days. I only ate a few meals, and I'm not sure if I've lost weight. A few people told me I looked really tired. I will never ever touch Claritin-D again. I'm guessing it's because of the high pseudoephedrine content, which I will never touch either. The negatives far outweigh the benefits.
