| 1 | Help with my anxiety... | I am experiencing chills a lot, then it goes to hot flashes! It's worse than menopause ever was with me!!! My anxiety still hits me right out of the blue, anywhere, anytime! I do not drive or even leave my house unless I have to go to the Dr. I hate this feeling of being in prison in my own home because of depression and anxiety!!! I also have nausea, heartburn, extreme tiredness but my mind is still racing so therefore I can't sleep and I'm up most every night all night long... Now I nap during the day a couple of times and when I wake up I've slept almost 3-4 hours!!!! My joints especially my knees are so painful and stiff and sore that I cry sometimes! This is crazy! I also have hypothyroidism... And clinical depression.... I can't win...no matter what I do.... I also crave carbs and sweets like never before and I've gained a lot of weight which makes me feel even worse.... Nightmares are guaranteed when I do sleep!!! For someone like myself who is highly anxious (especially about medication and health) and starts a medication that takes 2-4 weeks to work, that leaves you with a lot of time to have to wrestle your thoughts, especially about potential negative side effects.
