| 5 | Pregnancy insomnia | It helpes me call asleep pretty quickly and I stay asleep all night. The only thing I don't like is I feel tired and groggy the next day. I stopped taking them about a week ago and have had headaches and trouble sleeping. It hasn't been a week yet but my stomach is already getting back to normal and hopefully the extra pounds will fall off. It's not worth taking them.
