| 5 | Birth control | Less vaginal lubrication | Some people take the pill to reduce cramps or clear up acne, but I take this pill purely as a contraceptive. It shortened my periods from 7 to 10 days to 5 days and the only "bad" side effect I have is less wetness, which is easily taken care of with KY lubricant.
