| 3 | heavy bleeding and irrugular period | nervous, jittery, loss of appetite | After 2 months of irregular periods, and heavy bleeding, clots/and gushing...I went to the Gyno.. I am use to heavy periods, but not gushing or every 2 week periods.. I was always every 28 days or so...I thought there was something wrong or I was going through the change. .Dr. put me on 10 ml of Provera.. I was to start this on the 16 day, I didnt make it to 16 , I made to the 14 th day and started my period, the Dr, said go ahead and start the pill on the 16th, no matter if I am in my period or not, so I did... It never stopped my period, I had a 7 day period...Dang, I was so nervous and jittery ,I felt like I was in high gear, and not even hungry at all .( thats a good part) not eating.lol..the side effects are some what better...I took my last pill today, so I am nervous of what the out come might be...I just dont want the gushing or every 2 week period...I have read all the stories and some I didnt want to read...good and bad reports about Provera..I wanted to research all I could..before starting on this pill...I'am still not sure if I made the right choice....Time will tell...fingers crossed... | F | 48 | 10 days 10 1X D | 5/19/2011 | |
| 3 | heavy bleeding and irrugular period | Up date since starting Provera. I took the pill for 10 days, started my period on the 3rd day, cramping, but period was alot less than normal..yeah! I felt like I was in my 20 again. light perods...Still spotting even though its my 7th day..not alot, just annoying..have to wear something or else!!! It's red blood then brown...I am wanting to be done with this...So I will start my second round of pills for 10 days, on the 16th day starting my 1st day of my period as directed...I have read horror stories, some bleed all the time, some heavy some just a little...I dont want wont either...I'm ready to be done with my period and hopefully each month it will get better...just as long as I don't have 2 periods a month and no more heavy gushing periods, I want to be normal again...But my age, It might not happen..ugh!!! | 3 | heavy bleeding and irrugular period | Loss of appeitie, dry mouth, jittery, nervous.. | Update, still bleeding, and I'm getting ready to start my pill on Monday, The last time, my period was light, but never stopped, now it went to very heavy and clots...so when I take the next round on Monday, chances are, I will still be bleeding, like last month, and maybe stop bleeding half way thru, just in time to start again...I dont like haveing my period for most of the month, The Dr. says, it needs to get in my system...I will try it on Monday again.
