| 5 | Mood Disorder | Minimal. A vitamin D supplement eliminates possible bone loss problems. Flossing and brushing at least twice a day eliminates gum problems. Exceptional focus and energy. 100mg twice daily. | This is the most effective mood stabilizer I have tried. Better than Depakote, Tegretol, Gabitril, Topomax, Lamictal, Neurontin etc.. Unique properties are present in this drug. I am much more clear minded.
